We all know accidents happen and glass can break requiring replacement. Replacement can also be necessary when the glass in Insulated Units become foggy. This usually happens due to a failure in the seals that keep the insulating gas inside the unit. When these seals break down, moisture can enter and condense between the panes and creating a cloudiness in the glass.
